Ingredients

flour for dredging
1 tsp
thyme, dried
1 tsp
rosemary, dried
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
salt and pepper
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c
white wine
1 Tbsp
honey
3 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
2 Tbsp
unsalted butter
1 lb
thin sliced chicken cutletss

Step-By-Step

1in a bowl add about 1/2cup of flour and mix in the dried herbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix , place washed chicken cutlets one at a time in the flour and coat on both sides, in a skillet add the butter and the ex virgin olive oil and cook chicken cutlets in batches and put aside in a plate
2When all chicken cutlets are cooked use the same skillet and add in the white wine, honey and lemon juice and stir on medium heat for about 2 mins, add the chicken cutlets back in to the lemon honey mixture and simmer on low for about 15 mins until sauce thickens .
3Turn off skillet and enjoy!
