CHICKEN CORDON BLEU CASSEROLE (SALLYE)

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 slice
proscuitto ham
4 slice
baby swiss cheese (or your favorite)
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1/4 c
dry white wine
2 c
seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 c
melted butter

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350ยบ

Lightly grease 9" x 13" baking dish

Place chicken breasts between 2 pieces of waxed or parchment paper and pound with mallet (or edge of plate) until tender

Place chicken breasts in bottom of baking dish

Top each piece of chicken with a slice of ham, then a slice of cheese.

Stir together cream of chicken soup and wine

Spoon over chicken pieces

Sprinkle stuffing mix over chicken pieces

Drizzle melted butter evenly over top,

Cook uncovered in preheated oven for 1 hour or until chicken juices run clear when pierced with fork and top of dish is nice and crusty.
