Rub chicken with seasoning. Prepare grill for medium heat.
Prepare glaze by placing vinegar in a small sauce pan. Add honey and reduce to a syrup consistency. Add butter, a little at a time, whisking until incorporated.
Grill chicken, basting with glaze every few minutes until chicken reaches a safe minimum internal temperature of 165 °F.
