Country style scalloped potatoes and ham

- large russet potatoes, sliced thin
- large sweet onion, chopped
- 8 oz
- sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 lb
- cooked ham, chopped
- 1 stick
1melt 2T butter in bottom of crockpot
2layer 1/3 of the sliced potatoes, 1/3 of the chopped onion, 1/3 of the shredded cheese in crockpot.
3Sprinkle flour, salt, pepper and 2T butter over 1st layer
4repeat layering all of the above for a total of 3 layers
5add enough milk until you see the milk show through the top layer.
6Heat on high in crockpot until the milk simmers, then reduce to low for 6 hours
