In a large bowl combine beef, onion, green pepper, tabasco green sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well and divide meat into 6 portions. Make a dent in the center of each burger, fill with cheese and cover with ground beef, so the cheese is concealed in the center. Grill over medium high heat or broil 8 minutes per side or until cooked through and cheese is melted. Serve on buns. Makes 6 servings.
