Place all ingredients but steak in a bowl. Stir together well. Place steak in bowl or pour into a large Ziploc-style bag.
Place steak in bag with marinade. Move meat around to distribute it evenly. Place in fridge for 3 to 6 hours. Flip halfway through marinating.
Remove meat from bag. Salt both sides of meat. Let steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
Grill outdoors or broil on hot grill pan under broiler. outdoor grill heat to high. Cook about 4 minutes on each side for strips. Strips being 3/4-1 inch thick Will be cooked medium.
This cut is best served medium or rare. Salt to taste and serve!
