I wanted to fix something fast and easy with what I had on hand and this is what I came up with.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1/2 c
chopped onions
1/2 c
chopped celery
1 can(s)
mixed vegetables, frozen or canned
2 pkg
brown gravy mix
1 c
water
2
store bought frozen pie crust thawed

Step-By-Step

1Brown ground beef with onions and celery.
Drain off all the fat.
2Add veggie's,water,and brown gravy mix.
Let simmer until thickened,remove from burner.
Pour into pie crust,put other pie crust on top leave the aluminum pie pan on top.
3Put pie on a cookie sheet and put in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes pull out of oven and remove the top pan place back in the oven if it is not brown.
