Eric picks up a pack of egg rolls every time he wants me to experiment with wraps. this was our newest one. Although you could fry it we chose to pan fry without oil of any kind to cut those calories. The appetizers were the biggest hit.

Ingredients

TACO BURGER - COOK TOGETHER

1 lb
hamburger
1/2
onion, diced
1 -2 Tbsp
taco seasoning mix

TACO BURGER'S OTHER INGREDIENTS

eggroll wraps
1/2 c
shredded coby jack cheese

APPETIZERS

recipe taco burger prepared

egg roll wraps
1 pkg
(8 oz) cream cheese
1/3 -1/2 c
strawberry, mango, pineapple, jalapeno jam or other sweet sour sauce

DIPPING SAUCES MAY INCLUDE

homemade jalapeno jelly or jam
ranch dressing
salsa store bought or homemade
tostitos cheese with salsa in a jar

ANOTHER GOOD HOMEMADE DIPPING SAUCE

1/2 c
cubed valvetta
1/4 c
salsa (homemade or store bought)

Directions Step-By-Step

For taco burgers

place the wrapper on a flat surface and fill with some cooked meat and cheese. Wet edges and roll as you would a egg roll and fry in a non stick skillet without any spray to cut calories. Goes great with warmed tostitos cheesy salsa dip in a jar or a good pepper jelly.

For appetizers.

Unwrap the cream cheese and cut eight long pieces of cream cheese.

Mix cooked taco meat with the jalapeno jam.

Put one on slice of cream cheese each egg roll wrapper. Add meat mixture, wet edges and roll like am egg roll.

Cook on a medium heat until browned in a non stick pan without spray.

Serve with more jalapeno jam

To make last dip

combine both the cheese and the salsa in a microwave safe bowl and microwaving, alternating with 30 seconds on and stirring then microwaving again until smooth
