My beef stew was hit with my family. For a concoction I did a great job. The beef stew has a lot of flavor, the meat, potatoes and carrots are very tender. This recipe is very easy to make.

Method:

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

2 1/2 lb
chuck roast cut in chunks
1 c
beef broth
2 can(s)
campbell beefy mushroom
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp
tomato paste
1 lb
baby carrots
4 to 5 medium
potatoes chunked

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut chuck roast in 1 inch chunks. Place chuck roast, beef broth, cream of mushroom and tomato paste in crock pot. After 1 hour place carrots and potatoes in crockpot and stir ingredients together. Cook on low heat for 7 to 8 hours until tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
