1/2 lb any pasta 1/3 cup olive oil 1 cup cranberries 1/2 cup walnuts three cloves crushed garlic salt and fresh ground pepper chopped parsley for garnish

in a frying pan put three cloves of crush garlic 1cup cranberries 1/2 cup of walnutes i/3 cup of olive oil on low simmer for 7 min put pot of boiling water add half pound any pata into it with pinch of salt drain pasta pour in bowl add mix from frying pan add fresh ground pepper pinch of salt and sprinkle of grated cheese....if you have you can sprinkle chopped parsley for cloe
