Quick, Easy & Delicious! My inspiration came from a FB friend. I added a few other ingredients to make this already wonderful dish extra special. Give it a try. Cooking with Passion, sw :)

Ingredients

1 lb
sweet italian sausage
1/2 c
grape tomatoes
1/2 c
white grapes
1/2 c
kalamata grapes, pitted
1 1/2 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
1 Tbsp
italian parsley

Step-By-Step

1add evoo to a large heated skillet. add remaining ingredients in a single layer
2cook on low for 6-8 minutes. flip all ingredients and cook until grapes and tomatoes began to burst.
3remove sausage from pan. slice. add sausage slices back to skillet to soak up all the juices. plate up and top with parsley
