sweet italian sausage
kalamata grapes, pitted
olive oil, extra virgin
add evoo to a large heated skillet. add remaining ingredients in a single layer
cook on low for 6-8 minutes. flip all ingredients and cook until grapes and tomatoes began to burst.
remove sausage from pan. slice. add sausage slices back to skillet to soak up all the juices. plate up and top with parsley
