This salad is so yummy. You can have it with any type of pasta, or just as a snack on a day when you don't feel like cooking a lot. It is very satisfying. It is not very difficult, and it's quick! It's my favorite(:

iceburg lettuce
1 pkg
dole remaine leafy lettuce
1 pkg
cherry tomatoes
1 jar(s)
artichoke hearts
2/3 c
olive oil
1/3 c
regina wine vinegar
2/3 c
parmigiano cheese
salt and pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Both Letucces must be chilled. Pour the bag of Remaine leafy lettuce into a large mixing bowl. Cut the Iceburg head of lettuce in half and remove the heart out of both halfs. Tear up the Iceburg lettuce and mix with the Remaine lettuce. Mix together.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in halfs and put in the lettuce, slice the cucumber and put in the lettuce. Drain the artichoke hearts very well. Put in lettuce. Mix together
Measure the olive oil, the vinegar(make sure it's Regina white wine vinegar) put into lettuce. dash the salt and pepper. Put in the parmigiano cheese and mix well. If desired, you can add more cheese. I love cheese, so I do.
You can eat as is. But I like to refrigerate mine a little longer. So I make sure I cover it and refrigerate it until I'm ready for a snack. I hope you enjoy my salad! (:
