Ceci (chickpea) Delight
This recipe comes from the back of the 14 ounce can of Pastene ceci beans (chickpeas). It looks like an easy recipe.

1Heat Pastene Pure Olive Oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
2When hot, saute onion and garlic until golden.
3Add Pastene Italian tomatoes and simmer for about 30 minutes.
4Add Pastene Chick Peas and continue cooking for 10 to 15 minutes longer. They don't mention draining the liquid, so I would add that also.
5Season with salt and pepper. Best served hot.
