Bob's Sausage-N-Cheese for the Dutch oven.

This is some thing I have been working on for a wile. I got it to were I am very happy with it. So I wanted to share this with my friends.

2 1/2 lb
hot italian sausage, cubed.
2 c
chopped onions
2/3 c
chopped green peppers
2 clove
chopped garlic
2 16oz can(s)
tomatoes, stewed italian-style
2 8oz can(s)
tomatoe juce
1 lb
chinese sausage
1 medium
zucchini chopped
8 oz
mushrooms,your choice
1 10oz can(s)
beef stock
2 tsp
italian seasoning
1 c
grated parmesan and romano cheese
1/2 lb
bacon, cooked
1 Tbsp
olive oil, light

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large cast iron Dutch oven add oil then cook bacon till crisp. Remove with slotted spoon. break up and set a side..
Now add sausage and cook till no longer pink.. Add onions, peppers, and garlic.. Cover and cook till tender. 10-15 minutes.
Uncover and add every thing except the cheese.. Heat and stir on med heat for about 30 minutes..
Stir in 1/2 of the cheese. cover the top with remaining cheese. cover and heat till cheese melts..

I serve this over cooked brown rice..
