put under the broiler 1 minute

pocket pita bread
1/2 c
alfalfa sprouts
1/3 c
cheddar cheese grated
1 Tbsp
green onion optional

oil ,vinegar,water, and make mustard vinegarette
for a minute till cheese is bubbly

avocado sliced optional

The ingredients you will need is a pita, sprouts, cheddar cheese, mushrooms, green onion and avocado optional.

Place the pita on a cutting board and cut in half. Add the cheese, sprouts, and mushrooms.

Place the pita in the broiler for 3 minutes.

Cheese must be bubbly and pita crispy.

Add mustard, oil, water, and vinger to make a vinegarette in a bowl and serve. Add avacodo optional.
