Yummy Basil Shrimp
This is just an adaptation on a recipe shared with me. It's a favorite at our BBQs
shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preheat grill to high heat. In a glass dish or bowl, mix together olive oil and melted butter. Whisk in lemon juice, mustard, basil, and garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
Add shrimp, and toss to coat. Cover, and refrigerate for no more than 15 mins.
Remove shrimp from marinade, and thread onto skewers. Discard marinade
Lightly oil grill grate, and arrange skewers on preheated grill. Cook for 5 minutes, turning once, or until opaque.
