Tuna Stuffed Casserole

- 2-6oz cans tuna, of your choice in water,drain
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1-cup shredded cheese (your choice)
- 1-cup frozen veggies,thawed & drained
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cans crescent sheets (your choice)
1Mix all ingredients except sheets. Spray with non-stick spray into a lined 13x9 baking pan with one sheet . Layer tuna mixture onto the first sheet of crescent roll sheet. Top with second sheet, you can press the sheet together so it will look like one continuous sheet.
2Bake @ 325* until golden brown (about 25 mins). I usually top this with a cheese sauce.
