Shrimp Grilled Hot and Spicy by freda
I usually serve this on a Bed of a garden Salad, ( fresh vegies from my garden always make the Best Salads).
You can use Any of the "Lawry Brand Marinate's" that You enjoy to your Liking, just in case Your favorite is not hot and Spicy.
Note: the Prep time includes the 30 min of marinateing.
Also the Cooking time is Not More than 6 min., only til shrimp are pink.

- 1 1/2 lbs
- uncooked medium to large shrimp (clean peeled and deveined)
- 1 C
- (lawry's brand) louisana red pepper marinade with lemon juice
- wooden skewers, soaked in water 15 min.
(PLACE IN MARINADE AT LEAST 30 MIN BEFORE GRILLING)
in a large Zip lock bag, Combine the Shrimp and 3/4 Cup of the Marinade, tossing and turning often to Coat the shrimp marinate about 30 min.
Remove from marinade & discard.
GRILL, Brushing and basting Shrimp with the remaining 1/4 Cup marinade, Until Shrimp turns pink.
"Do Not over Cook." no more than about 6 minutes to cook the skewers of shrimp.
