Salmon Macaroni Bake

Found this one years ago in a Taste of Home mag. The lady who invented it is Carrie Mitchell.
It is a very tasty casserole indeed.
If you can't find the deluxe mac and cheese, any mac and cheese in a box that you like is fine, also on the salmon, a small 6 oz, or even larger can is fine too.

Ingredients

14 oz
deluxe macaroni and cheese dinner mix
1 can(s)
(10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 c
milk
6 or large oz
can salmon, bones and skin removed
1/2 tsp
onion powder, or 2 tbs grated onion
1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese,or even velveeta
1/2 c
seasoned bread crumbs
3 Tbsp
butter

Step-By-Step

1Pre heat oven to 375°
2Spray a casserole with non stick spray.
3Make mac and cheese to directions on the box. Then stir in soup, milk, salmon, onion, and cheese
4In a bowl, put the breadcrumbs, dot with butter, and cook in microwave until butter melts, then mix with a fork.
5Sprinkle breadcrumbs all around the outside of the casserole, in a ring.
6Bake uncovered until hot and bubbly, maybe 40 minutes.
