I have tried it and liked it.
Be sure to buy fresh salmon from northern waters. Not farm raised.
Sockeye if you can find it, frozen Sockeye is good also.
For a real treat.
fillet on foil, and drizzle a little olive oil on top of each..
Sprinkle each with salt and pepper and dill weed to taste.Then drizzle a bit of lemon juice on each.
