Ingredients

1 kg or 2lbs wild salmon
c
1/2 cup good honey
c
1/2 cup of your favorite mustard
1 or 2 cedar planks

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix Honey and Mustard together

Place Salmon on cedar planks.Take a fork and put fork holes into Salmon

Spread mixture on Salmon to cover, Refrigerate for 20 MIN

Remove from refrigater and place in oven or on the grill. Bake for 20 min at 350 deg or until cooked to your liking. ( old rule of thumb was 10min. per inch )
