This is a very easy recipe.And full of flavor.

Ingredients

2 lb
large peeled and deveined shrimp
16 oz
baby portebello mushrooms,sliced.
1 15oz can(s)
pineapple,tidbits,undrained.
1/2 c
sugar
2 Tbsp
cornstarch
1 tsp
salt
1/4 c
rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp
chili sauce
1 medium
green,red,and yellow bell pepper cubed
garnish w/greenonion slivers.

Directions Step-By-Step

You will need a large cast iron skillet.
Drain pineapple,reserve the juice.
Stir together pineapple juce,suger,cornstarch,mushrooms,salt,rice wine vinegar, and chili sauce,..
Cook mixture over high heat for 30 to 45 seconds,untill thickened. Add bell peppers. Cook 3-5 minutes. Now add pine apple,and shrimp.Cover and cook,stiring often abought 3-4 minutes. Just untill shrimp turns pink.

Serve over lemon rice pilaf,Garnish with onions.
