There is quite a bit of controversy about this New England classic.
This is my version, and I have taken liberties with it by adding celery, onion,lemon juice.

Ingredients

12 oz
cooked lobster meat, coarse chopped
1 small
onion, chopped
1 stalk(s)
celery, chopped
2 tsp
lemon juice
1/2 tsp
each salt and pepper or to taste
1/2 c
mayonnaise, or more to taste

Step-By-Step

1Chop the lobster, onion and cellery, add seasonings and mayo, cover and chill.
