Honey Mustard Roasted Salmon

Preferred method of cooking is baking. If you choose to broil, grill or barbeque watch carefully. The sweetness of the marinade can cause the outer crust to burn easily.

Ingredients

1/4 c
stone-ground mustard
1/4 c
honey
1/4 c
cooking wine
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp
coarse black pepper
2 Tbsp
garlic butter, melted
4
salmon fillets (6 oz. each)

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients except salmon in a plastic bag or non-metallic dish. Add salmon pieces and turn several times to coat all sides.
2Seal bag or cover dish and refrigerate to marinate, preferably overnight. Turn several times.
3Remove salmon from marinade and bake, grill, barbeque, or broil until just cooked in the center.
4Baste several times with the remaining marinade if desired.
Discard any unused marinade.
