slice the squash and zuchinni in rounds or long strips. place on a grill friendly pan ( you can also do this indoors on a saute pan)
drizzle the veggies with olive oil, salt & pepper.
salt and pepper the salmon filets and place on top, brush with general tso sauce....cover and cook for about 15 mins...depending on the thickness. sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over jasmine rice...
