the forbidden black rice has a delightful nutty flavor. the sweet, sour, salty and spicy asian flavors makes this one of my favorite salads. the tilapia is lightly seasoned and grilled to perfection. this dish is one for special guests, friends and family. they will be smiling from ear to ear after having this one. happy cooking! sw:)
