I found this recipe on a box of mjb rice in 1980. it is a keeper for sure. our family will eat their fish with this. xoxooxox :)

Ingredients

1 lb
fish fillets
1/4 c
butter
1 large
onion, sliced thin
1 cup
mushrooms fresh or canned
1 Tbsp
lime juice
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp
dijon mustard
1 c
sour cream

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut fish into bite size pieces. In skillet, saute onions and mushrooms in butter till soft. remove from pan.
Add fish and saute till done just a few minutes.
Add back the onions and mushrooms to skillet.

Combine lime juice, salt,worstershire sauce,mustard, and sour cream.
Stir into fish mixture. heat thru and serve over rice.
. I use the long grain and wild rice. it goes with it perfect, as does plain. xoxoxo
