|LYNN'S TARTER SAUCE|
|1 c||light miracle whip|
|1 Tbsp||plus 1 tsp. of ketsup|
|2 Tbsp||sweet pickle relish|
|1/2 tsp||lemon juice|
|1/2 tsp||black pepper|
|8-16||fish fillets, depending on size|
|2||cucmbers, cut into sticks|
This is for the Sammie Challenge using FISH and CUCUMBERS.
Two ways to make this:
HEALTHIER VERSION: baked fish fillets and raw cucumber sticks.
TASTIER VERSION: breaded, fried fish, and fried cucumbers.
Either way makes a delicious, refreshing meal.
Use a griddle or in a skillet sprayed with non stick spray oil. Heat till real hot (400°). Place tortilla on one side, heat till browned, fold in half with browned side inside, heat each half side of tortilla till browned.
