Ingredients
| LYNN'S TARTER SAUCE | |
| 1 c | light miracle whip |
| 1 Tbsp | plus 1 tsp. of ketsup |
| 2 Tbsp | sweet pickle relish |
| 1/2 tsp | lemon juice |
| 1/2 tsp | black pepper |
| FISH TACO'S | |
| 8-16 | fish fillets, depending on size |
| 8 | flour tortillas |
| 2 | cucmbers, cut into sticks |
| 2-4 Tbsp | flour |
| chopped lettuce | |

Directions
Use your favorite fried fish recipe, or buy frozen battered fish and cook per package directions.Cut cucumber in half across.Use a mandolin and cut into "stick".Toss sticks with a little flour to absorb the moisture. Deep fry for a couple of minutes. Remove to bakers rack and salt and pepper.Mix 1 c. of miracle whip with 1 tablespoon each of ketchup and sweet relish and 1/2 tsp. of lemon juice.Shred or chop lettuce, set aside.
Use a griddle or in a skillet sprayed with non stick spray oil. Heat till real hot (400°). Place tortilla on one side, heat till browned, fold in half with browned side inside, heat each half side of tortilla till browned.Place lettuce, fish and cucumber stings in flour tortilla. Drizzle with tarter sauce and lemon juice.
