english muffins
avocado sliced on top of each sandwich
1 can(s)
albacore tuna
chedder cheese, fontina, or swiss
1/4 c
1/4 c
diced tomato
1 Tbsp
1/4 c
sour cream
1/4 c
walnuts or cashews
1/8 tsp
garlic salt
mayonaise to moisten
spread on buttered toasted english mufffins
grill or microwave till cheese is melted.
add a dash of tabasco or 1 t of lemon juice optional
2 cups of imitation crab meat

1Open tuna can place in a bowl. Add mayonaise, green onions, onions, cashews, relish, tomatos, celery, sour cream, and dash tobasco optional. Mix and add 1 Tbsp of lemon juice optional.

2Take your English muffin add butter the bottom and the top and place under the grill till it's a little brown. Add tuna mixture and cheese. Place under grill till cheese is melted. Place an avocado on the top. Place the avocado on top of the mixture and place the English muffin on top and it is done.

3Add tuna mixture and cheese. Place under grill till cheese is melted.
Add the avocado on the top. I added 2 cups of imitation crab and it was very tasty.
