easy Italia tilapia
The cooking creme gives the fish a subtle flavoring.

- 1 Tbsp
- olive oil
- tilapia fillets
- 1/4 tsp
- white pepper
- 10 oz tub philadelphia tomato and basil cooking creme
- 1 c
- frozen peas
- 2 c
- cooked long grain or white rice
1Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add fish to skillet and sprinkle w/ pepper. Cook fish about 3 mins per side, or until fish flakes easily.
2Remove fish from skillet, keep warm. Add cooking creme to skillet. Cook, stirring for 2 mins. Remove 1/4 cup creme.
3Add peas and rice to skillet. Cook, stirring until heated through. Spoon rice mix onto lg platter. Top w/ fish and reserved creme.
