salmon, skinless filet
1 Tbsp
complete seasoning
1 tsp
butter
1/2
lemon

Step-By-Step

1Season both side of the Salmon with the complete seasoning.

2put butter in pan on med-high heat, place salmon and sear on each side about 2-3 mins.

3squeeze lemon around the fish and cover about a couple minutes, until fish is cooked through,but not over cooked, should be tender to the touch.
