Ingredients

2 Tbsp
yellow cornmeal
2 tsp
cajun seasoning or blackening seasoning
1/2 tsp
dried thyme
1/2 tsp
dried basil
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
lemon-pepper seasoning
2
catfish fillets (6 ounces each)
1/4 tsp
paprika

Step-By-Step

1In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the cornmeal, Cajun seasoning, thyme, basil, garlic powder and lemon-pepper. Add catfish and shake to coat.
2Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
