In a cast iron skillet cook bacon tillcrisp. Remove with a slotted spoon. Place on paper towl and crumble.To the pan add butter and melt. Cook onion and cellery till almost done. Now add tomato past and wine. stir and simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste, add srimp,cook abought 6 min. Reduce heat . Add cooked rice and stir.Keep on very low.
In a bambo steamer steam peppers till soft.Stuff each pepper with mixture and bake in the oven set at 325 for 15 minutes..Sprinkle with cracker crimbs befor serving
