Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
mahi mahi filets
1
each of red,yellow, green peppers, sliced
2
shallots, sliced
2
lemons
1/4 c
butter, melted
salt/pepper to taste
1/4 c
parsley , chopped
1/4 c
cilantro,chopped

Step-By-Step

1cut mahi-mahi into about 6 pieces, salt and pepper each side.
2slice the peppers and shallots,place on the bottom of a oil sprayed baking dish.
3place the mahi-mahi pieces on top and squeeze the juice of 1 lemon and drizzle with butter, top with sliced lemon and sprinkle with the parsley and cilantro, cover and bake at 350 about 30 mins or slightly firm to touch.
