rinse and prepare fillets. place in a pan or long tupperware bowl, pour olive oil over to coat.
mix dry seasonings in small zip bag or bowl, sprinkle over fillets, gently rub into fish. let stand in fridge for an hour or until ready to grill.
when grill is ready, place fish into a large piece of foil,(i added a little lemon juice here) toss in garlic clove, fold edgesto close, grill until flaky, ENJOY!
