Spray the fish grilling basket with cooking spray. Arange filets in a single layer skin side up.Set grill for med-high heat. Grill fish (skin side up),abought 4-5 min.
turn basket over.Open fish basket. Spoon sauce on each filet,add a few thyme leaves on each filet,Top with a pad of butter and a splash of beer .Close basket ,grill abought 5-6 minwith skin side down.Or untill fish flakes with a fork.(don't over cook).
