Ingredients

4 large
tilapia fillets
1/2 medium
onion
1 medium
tomato
1/2 oz
olive oil, extra virgin
1/4 oz
cajun seasoning

Step-By-Step

1Rinse Fish fillets , Fry in olive oil about three minutes , season with cajun seasoning , and onion and tomato and stir . Cook till brown on both sides.

2Have with white rice, potatoes, or pasta . Quick and easy meal .
