I got this chicken recipe from my friend Vicky Norton-Strong also in the mid to late 70's.

Too easy to make chicken really delicious.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp
melted butter
1/2 c
chopped green onion
1 c
white wine (cooking or other)
dash
rosemary

3-lb chicken

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients in heavy duty zip lock plastic bag and marinate for 2 hours in the fridge -- can be left longer if desired. Make sure all chicken pieces are coated.

Bake 350 F for about 50 minutes, or until done

Can be served with two vegetable sides for a healthy meal.
