The Ultimate Grilled Chicken

This recipe is so simple, but it is by far the BEST grilled chicken I've ever eaten in my life. And I've grilled a lot of chicken. The meat is so moist, so flavorful, and so good for Dr. Oz's says! Thigh meat really is good for you!!

*boneless, skinless chicken thighs (alot of them)
1 bottle
mrs. dash marinade-mesquite grille
bbq sauce, opt.


Step 1 Direction Photo

1Place your chicken thighs in a gallon zip lock bag, pour one bottle of Mrs. Dash Mesquite Grille marinade in, add a little water to bottle and shake to get allllll the marinade out. Add to bag. Work chicken around in bag to completely coat all pcs.

Brush on BBQ sauce if desired Basic Barbecue Sauce-low sodium

2Refrigerate at least 24 hr. Turn bag over once during marinating.

3Place chicken on a med. heat grill. Cook approx. 10 min. per side. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness if needed. This cooks really quickly and is best when cooked till done, but not over cooked.
