Teriyaki Chicken or Pork Chops

- chicken breasts, boneless and skinless or boneless pork chops
- olive oil
- garlic powder
- teriyaki marinade
- caned pineapple slices
1Preheat oven on broiler setting.
2Place chicken breast or pork chops in a large mixing bowl. Add just enough olive oil to coat the meat. Season with a little salt, pepper, garlic powder. Stir to get both sides of all the pieces covered. Then place meat on baking sheet or broiler pan.
3Broil breast or chops for 4 or 5 minutes on each side then spread a teaspoon of teriyaki marinade on the top of each and place a single pineapple slice on top of marinade and broil for another 4 to 5 minutes until lighty browned or slightly chared.
