Ingredients For taco soup in a crock pot

  • 4
    chicken breast
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 32 oz
    reduced sodium, chicken stock
  • 1 can
    corn
  • 1 can
    diced tomatoes
  • 1 can
    black beans
  • 1 can
    kidney beans
  • 1 can
    ro-tel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • sour cream (optional)
  • shredded cheese (optional)
  • tortilla chips (optional)

How To Make taco soup in a crock pot

  • 1
    Open and drain the corn, black beans, and kidney beans. Combine all ingredients in a 6 qt crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. Shred chicken and return to crock pot, mix and serve. If desired, top with sour cream, shredded cheese, and tortilla chips
