Loosen the skin on the chicken breasts. Slide some of the sliced garlic clove under the skin of each chicken breast. Place the chicken in the baking pan.
If you use the split chicken breasts, allow extra baking time.
If you want the chicken to cook quicker, you can pound the breasts to flatten them.
If you use a skinless chicken breast for this recipe, I recommend covering the baking pan to seal in the juices. Enjoy!
