In casserole dish pour olive oi on the bottom, crushed or mince garlic. and crush pepper flakes. Add the chicken on top (the amount of cooking time all depends on the thickness and size of the chicken pieces).
Pour the sauce over the chicken evenly to cover all chicken. Sprinkle over 1/2 of the cheeses.
Top with the Italian croutons the remaining cheese. Cover a casserole in foil for 30 minutes. Uncover to brown the croutons and cheese for about 5 minutes more..
