Ingredients

2 lb
boneless chicken breasts
4 oz
fat-free red russian dressing
1/2 c
sugar-free apricot preserves
1 pkg
dry onion soup mix

Step-By-Step

1Preheat the oven at 350F.
2Wash the chicken and cut into 2" pieces, and place pieces in a small casserole dish. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour 1/2 of the sauce over the chicken. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
3Stir in the remaining sauce and bake uncovered another 20 minutes.
