Ingredients

1/4 c
mayonnaise
1 medium
roma tomato chopped
1/2 small
onion minced
2 tsp
dill pickle relish
1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 small
chicken breast, cooked, cooled and shredded
1 bunch
cherry tomatoes for garnish
2 pkg
prepared philpdough cups from the freezer section.

Directions Step-By-Step

Boil chicken breast and set aside to cool. Once cooled, shred fine and chop.

In a medium size bowl add mayo, chopped tomatoes, diced onion, pickles, and chicken once the chicken is chopped.

Fill the philodough cups and top with cheese and bake at 350 for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and cups are brown.

Top cups with half a cherry tomato and a parsley sprig if desired. You can use your childs favorite toppings as well.
