The first time I made this recipe, I immediately loved it & so did my husband. This version is healthier than the original.

Ingredients

6
chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
3/4 c
bread crumbs, whole wheat
3 Tbsp
wheat flour
3 large
eggs
1/4 c
pecans,coarsely ground
1/8 tsp
sea salt
1/8 tsp
black pepper

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 13X9 sheet pan with vegetable spray.
2Combine breadcrumbs, pecans, sea salt, & black pepper in a small bowl. Whisk eggs in another small bowl. Put flour in third small bowl. Place chicken in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumb mix. Place chicken on greased sheet pan.
3Cook chicken 15 minutes. Turn at halfway point. If not done after 15 minutes, cook another 10 minutes.
