Paprika Cream Chicken & Penne
|6||skinless, boneless chicken breasts. --i used 3 breasts and cut them in half|
|6 Tbsp||butter, divided|

|6||green onions, chopped|
|2 c||heavy whipping cream|
|1 - 2 Tbsp||paprika|
|1 lb||penne pasta or rice ( prepared as directed on package )|
|extra green onions for garnish ( optional )|
This is a quick delicious dish that my kids just love..I make 1 1/2 times the sauce...it's so good.
I hope you enjoy this tasty dish...you will be asked to make it again..
This is good served over rice also.
Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Remove chicken; keep warm.
Stir in cream, salt and pepper; cook and stir until sauce is thickened, about 4 minutes.
I make 1 1/2 times the sauce as we love it, and like extra on our pasta.
I served mine with Broccoli, the kids even like to dip it in the sauce.
