skinless, boneless chicken breasts. --i used 3 breasts and cut them in half
green onions, chopped
heavy whipping cream
1 - 2 Tbsp
penne pasta or rice ( prepared as directed on package )
extra green onions for garnish ( optional )
1In a large skillet, brown chicken in 1 tablespoon butter and oil over medium heat.
Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Remove chicken; keep warm.
3Reduce heat to medium. Add paprika and remaining butter; heat until butter is melted.
Stir in cream, salt and pepper; cook and stir until sauce is thickened, about 4 minutes.
4While sauce is thickening, slice chicken breasts or leave them whole. After the sauce is thickened, won't be real thick; add the chicken back to the pan and heat through.
