Directions
In a large skillet, brown chicken in 1 tablespoon butter and oil over medium heat.
Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Remove chicken; keep warm.In same skillet, saute onions until tender.Reduce heat to medium. Add paprika and remaining butter; heat until butter is melted.
Stir in cream, salt and pepper; cook and stir until sauce is thickened, about 4 minutes. While sauce is thickening, slice chicken breasts or leave them whole. After the sauce is thickened, won't be real thick; add the chicken back to the pan and heat through.Place the pasta on plate, place the chicken atop and spoon the delicious sauce over all.
I make 1 1/2 times the sauce as we love it, and like extra on our pasta.
I served mine with Broccoli, the kids even like to dip it in the sauce.
Enjoy..it really is tasty!

This sounds delicious, and I will be trying it soon. Chicken Paprika is one of the first dishes I learned to make as a newlywed, although my version uses sour cream instead of sweet cream (I have it posted as Early Marriage Chicken Paprika). I am anxious to try your version with cream - sounds yummy! Thank you for posting, Cassie!
