I saw a recipe her on JAP and inspired me to make this for dinner today!! I made this for my husband and daughter, family loved it. this is my daughter and I quote "OMG mother this chicken is delicious, what Kentucky Fried Chicken" This is better hahaha seriously just yummy!! Enjoy

chicken legs

croutons (crums) in this case i used italian flavor
1/3 c

salt, pepper, paprika, and crushed pepper of each

1Combine eggs and mustard on a plate big enough for chicken to fit. In another plate combine Crouton crums, salt, pepper, paprika and crushed pepper. (you can polvorize croutons with a rollin pin, can, in this case I used my Ninja)

2Season chicken with salt and pepper, this salt and pepper are not included on the 1 tablespoon in ingredients. get each drumbstick and rolled them in bread crumbs making sure they are covered completely

Step 3 Direction Photo

3Bake at 425 degrees for 35 minuts. After 35 minutes turn tray around and lower temperature to 400 and cook for another 10 minutes.
