Even your most devout of red med eaters will be able to embrace this deliciously hearty chicken recipe. This will most definitely be a regular guest at my table!

Ingredients

3/4 c
soy sauce
1 tsp
dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp
ginger
1 tsp
white pepper
1 clove
minced garlic
1/2 c
peanut oil
1/2 tsp
sesame oil
4-6
chicken breasts (or tenders)

Directions Step-By-Step

Put all ingredients (including chicken) in closed container for several hours to marinade,stirring or turning occasionally.

Remove chicken from marinade and grill until no longer pink in center. Serve with slaw, salad or fruit salad. Enjoy!
