I used to fix this dish for my children when they were growing up. They loved fried chicken but I hated the fat and calories! This recipe was the answer!

Ingredients

6 medium
chicken breasts
1/2 c
low fat mayonnaise
2 c
italian bread crumbs
3 Tbsp
grated or shredded parmesan cheese
salt and garlic powder

Step-By-Step

1Put salt and garlic powder on chicken breasts. Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese together in separate dish.
2Brush both sides of each chicken breast with mayonnaise. Dredge chicken breast in bread crumb/parmesan cheese mixture.
3Place chicken breast on broiler pan. Bake in 400 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour until chicken is done.
